Each Lumière et Vitrail creation is a handcrafted work of art, made individually in my studio in France using traditional stained glass techniques.
Each piece is designed to explore the relationship between light, material, and emotion — offering more than an object, but a unique luminous presence.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Products
All creations are handmade and produced individually.
Each piece is unique and may show slight variations, which are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship.
Important:
- Indoor use only
- Glass is a durable yet fragile material
- Not suitable for bathrooms or children’s rooms
3. Production Time
All items are made to order.
Production time typically ranges from 5 to 21 business days, depending on complexity, material availability, and current workload.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€).
VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code).
Prices reflect the artistic process, craftsmanship, technical complexity, and material quality.
Prices may be modified at any time, but confirmed orders remain at the agreed price.
5. Orders
Orders are placed via the website.
Lumière et Vitrail reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, incomplete information, or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
Production begins after full payment is received.
Retention of title:
All goods remain the property of Lumière et Vitrail until full payment has been made.
7. Shipping
7.1 Destination
Worldwide shipping available, excluding high-risk areas.
7.2 Delivery Time
Delivery includes production time and shipping time.
If delivery exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated timeframe, the customer may request cancellation.
7.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees cover packaging and logistics.
Customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.
7.4 Tracking
A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped.
8. Packaging and Delivery
Each piece is carefully packaged using reinforced protective materials designed for fragile artworks.
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the package and report any damage immediately, including written reservations and photos.
9. Legal Warranty
Products benefit from legal warranties under applicable laws.
This does not cover:
- damage after delivery
- improper handling
- misuse
10. Right of Withdrawal
As all pieces are made to order or personalized, they are considered custom goods.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
11. Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior agreement.
Items must be returned in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.
13. Liability
Lumière et Vitrail cannot be held responsible for:
- improper use
- incorrect installation
- damage after delivery
- shipping delays
14. Personal Data
Personal data is used only for order processing.
Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their data in accordance with GDPR.
15. Mediation
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Customers may refer to a consumer mediation service where applicable.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
